Good academic record including
Membership of Institute of Chartered
Accountant or Institute of Cost &
Works Accountants with 12 years
experience in Finance & Accounts.
The candidate must have worked in
Large / Medium engineering
organization & able to manage day to
day affairs of Corporate Finance,
and will be responsible for advising
proper utilization of fund and
maintenance of cash flow of the
organization. Officer will be
reporting to Managing Director. For
those who are employed in a Central
Public Sector Undertaking. must have
a minimum of two years experience in
the Scale of pay of Rs.
6500-250-7500-275-9425/- (1992 pay
scale) or equivalent. |

Post Graduate Degree/Diploma
(Minimum 2 year's duration) in
Personnel Management/ I I.R.D.
(Degree in Law desirable) with 12
years of experience. The candidate
must have worked in Large / Medium
engineering Organization. Officer
will be heading the Personnel &
Administration Department and will
be responsible for smooth running of
the organization. Officer will be
reporting to Managing Director. For
those who are employed in a Central
Public Sector Undertaking. must have
a minimum of two years experience in
the Scale of pay of Rs
6500-250-7500-275-9425/- (1992 pay
scale) or equivalent. |

Reservation/Relaxation for
